I contracted with TCE Constructors, Inc as the general contractor for the remodel of my residence in Del Mar, CA. The work began with cleaning up after a previous contractors’ failed attempt at the project and ended with completion of a complete renovation of the interior of my house.
Work included installing new rough and finish electrical, plumbing and HVAC, repair of numerous holes in the exiting walls and ceilings, making the existing rough wall and ceiling surfaces perfectly smooth and repainting, installing hard and soft flooring finishes, replacing all interior doors, jambs, trim and baseboards, installing custom designed cabinets, countertops and fireplace surrounds, installing a complete home theater system, removing the existing stair system and installing a new custom stainless steel and wood stair system and railings, installation of a new stone and glass shower in the master bedroom.
The quality of construction and service delivered by TCE Constructors was above my expectations, I am very happy with the finished product and would recommend Scott and TCE Constructors to my best friend.
